Taman Nasional Batang Gadis

A national park of about 72,800 ha, designated in 2004 and named after the Batang Gadis River, ranging from 300 to 2,145 m above sea level. Records include traces of Sumatran tigers, tapirs, sun bears and hundreds of bird species.
