Pantai Bebas Parapat

Parapat on the shore of Lake Toba is a resort town with several swimming spots in the lake such as Pantai Kasih, Pantai Ujung and Batu Gantung, as well as speedboat and pedal-boat hire. Pantai Bebas (PanBes) is an open lakeside park in this neighbourhood.

Parapat is about 48 km from Pematangsiantar on the Trans-Sumatra Highway linking Medan with Padang.
